By accesssing and using fastCLM ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

fastCLM provides a platform for contract management, including digital signatures and contract templates. The Service is currently in a pre-launch/beta phase. Using the waitlist feature does not guarantee immediate access to the platform.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that any information you provide (such as your email address) is accurate and up to date. You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any local, state, or international laws
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user data

The content, logos, and features of fastCLM are the exclusive property of fastCLM and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not use our brand assets without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, fastCLM and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service. The contract templates provided are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which fastCLM operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
